Prior to joining Cryptic Vector, Allen served as CFO of System High, where he oversaw all financial operations and played a key role in driving organic growth as well as merger, acquisition, and integration activities. Over his 30-year career, he has held senior leadership roles at multiple private and PE-backed companies, with extensive experience in financial management, strategic planning, and building high-performing finance and accounting teams.
