With more than 25 years of experience in business development, operations, and executive leadership across the defense and intelligence sectors, John brings a proven track record of scaling organizations and delivering results. In his new role, John will lead Cryptic Vector’s business development and growth strategy, driving opportunity identification, revenue expansion, and market positioning across the defense, intelligence, and federal sectors.

Before joining Cryptic Vector, John served as Senior Vice President of Business Development at BlueHalo, where he led growth for the company’s intelligence sector following BlueHalo’s acquisition of Eqlipse Technologies. At Eqlipse, he served as Chief Growth Officer, playing a pivotal role in scaling the platform company and consistently demonstrating his expertise in operational expansion and developing high-impact growth strategies.

John’s prior leadership experience spans several reputable firms in the industry, including Lockheed Martin and Peraton, where he held executive roles responsible for new business growth, investments, technical operations, and the development of next-generation technologies. He began his career as an intelligence officer in the United States Navy.
